Warranty & Service
Smappee offers a 2-year warranty on their EV Chargers which is set out in sections 8 and 9 of their general terms and conditions. The terms include the common exclusions for things like improper use and installation.
Most EV Chargers on the market come with a 2-year or 3-year warranty, so it is a shorter offer than expected from Smappee for a premium-priced solution.
Although Smappee don’t have a local office, their local representation in Australia is through strategic partner State of Charge. State of Charge will support distributors and installers of Smappee products to co-ordinate any warranty claims.
